شهدت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيس بوك عمليات بحث كثيرة عن سعر سهم شركة الحفر العربية اليوم، حيث شهد أول يوم تداول للشركة قفزة كبيرة خلال تداولات اليوم الاثنين،كما ارتفع سعر نحو 18% مقارنة بسعر الطرح ليصل السعر إلى 117.2 ريال للسهم الواحد، وبذلك يكون أول يوم تداول لشركة الحفر العربية قد تجاوز سعر الطرح النهائي أثناء تداوله في الساعات الأولى ببرصة الرياض .

ما هو سعر سهم شركة الحفر العربية؟

يقدر سعر السهم في شركة الحفر 100 ريال سعودي، وبناءاً على ذلك طرحت الشركة 26.7 مليون سهم خلال هذا العام، وترتفع القيمة السوقية للشركة لتصل إلى 8.9 مليار ريال سعودي (2.4 مليار دولار) من أصل رأس مال الشركة بناء على هذا السعر وفقاً للسعر الاسترشادي، وذلك بعد طرح أسهم جديدة ليصل رأسمال الشركة إلى 800 مليون ريال ناتج عن 80 مليون سهم.

وطلبت الشركة في 29 يونيو/ حزيران الماضي من هيئة السوق المالية أن تصل النسبة المئوية للأسهم إلى 30% من أسهمها للاكتتاب العام ووافقت عليه، حيث بلغت نسبة الأسهم المطروحة 26.7 مليون سهم من إجمالي أسهم الشركة، وفتحت شركة الحفر العربية باب الاكتتاب لتكتمل تغطيته بعد مرور ساعات قليلة فقط، لتجتذب طلبات شراء بقيمة 43 مليار دولاراً، وينتج عن ذلك التالي:

  • زيادة اقبال المستثمرين على أسواق الأسهم بسبب ارتفاع أسعار النفط.
  • حصلت نسبة اكتتاب الأفراد إلى 16.45%.
  • أعلنت “تداول السعودية” عبر بيان لها أنه سيتم إدراج الشركة بالسوق السعودي، وتخصيص رمز تداول مكون من: 2381.
  • المملكة السعودية تستحوذ على الاكتتابات الأولية الأكثر وفقا لما جمعته “بلومبيرج”.

وحصلت حدود التذبذب السعري اليومية على -+ 30%، على أن يتم تطبيق هذه الحدود خلال الثلاث أيام الأول من الإدراج، وسيتم تطبيق الحدود الثابتة بـ قيمة 10% في سوق العمل الرئيسية ضمن قطاع الطاقة.
