من هو كمال الجزولي؟

كمال الدين عوض الجزولي دياب، من مواليد 15 أبريل 1947 في حفرة كلودو بام درمان، وهو محام وأديب سوداني ويعد من أبرز الخبراء القانونيين السودانيين المعاصرين.

حصل الجزولي على شهادة البكالوريوس في القانون من جامعة الخرطوم عام 1972، كما تحصل على شهادة الماجستير في القانون من جامعة القاهرة عام 1977، وشهادة الدكتوراه في القانون من جامعة القاهرة عام 1981.

عمل الجزولي كمحامٍ في السودان منذ عام 1972. وشارك في العديد من القضايا الهامة، بما في ذلك قضية محاكمة الرئيس السوداني الأسبق عمر البشير.

كما كان الجزولي ناشطًا في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وشارك في العديد من المنظمات الحقوقية، مثل منظمة العفو الدولية ومنظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش.

وفاة كمال الجزولي

توفي كمال الجزولي في مستشفى الخرطوم الدولي في 7 نوفمبر 2023، عن عمر يناهز 76 عامًا.

وقد أعلنت جمعية محامي السودان عن وفاته، وقالت في بيان لها: “توفي اليوم السبت 7 نوفمبر 2023، المحامي والأستاذ الدكتور كمال الدين عوض الجزولي، عن عمر يناهز 76 عامًا، بعد مسيرة حافلة بالعطاء في مجال القانون والسياسة”.

لم يتم الإفصاح عن سبب وفاة كمال الجزولي، ولكن ذكرت بعض المصادر أنه توفي بسبب أزمة قلبية.

تاريخ وفاة كمال الجزولي

توفي كمال الجزولي في 7 نوفمبر 2023، الموافق 12 ربيع الأول 1445 هجريًا.

ترك كمال الجزولي بصمة واضحة في مجال القانون والسياسة، ومن أهم أعماله:

كتاب “الوجيز في النظرية العامة للقانون”
كتاب “القانون الدستوري”
