إطلاق المرحلة الأولى من مشروع “كايرو بايك” بوسط القاهرة

أطلق رئيس الوزراء مصطفى مدبولي ، الخميس ، المرحلة الأولى من مشروع “كايرو بايك”.

أول نظام عام للدراجات المشتركة في مصر ، ويتم تنفيذه بالتعاون بين محافظة القاهرة وبرنامج المستوطنات البشرية التابع للأمم المتحدة ومؤسسة دروسوس السويسرية.

تعتمد فكرة نظام مشاركة الدراجات على وجود شبكة كبيرة من النقاط في المدينة حيث تتوفر الدراجات للاستخدام العام ، ويتم إدارة هذا النظام عن طريق تطبيق الهاتف المحمول أو طرق الدفع الأخرى – مثل البطاقات المدفوعة مسبقًا – ليلائم جميع الفئات بأسعار منخفضة.

سيكون النظام متاحًا لأول مرة في وسط القاهرة في المرحلة الأولى وسيتم توسيعه تدريجياً لاحقًا.

يهدف المشروع إلى تقليل الازدحام المروري وتقليل التلوث وتشجيع استخدام البدائل الاقتصادية للنقل (تكلفة منخفضة) وتقليل الوقت المستخدم في الرحلات اليومية لمستخدمي وسائل النقل.

وتتمثل الميزة الكبيرة أيضًا في تعزيز سلامة مستخدمي الدراجات من خلال إنشاء مسارات تجريبية بطول 2 كم ، ليتم دمجها مع وسائل النقل العامة والخاصة.

يتم توفير النظام وتشغيله من قبل كونسورتيوم مصري وشركة دنماركية لديها خبرة سابقة في أكثر من 70 مدينة حول العالم وشبكة تضم أكثر من 16000 دراجة.

يتم تمويل المشروع من قبل مؤسسة دروسوس السويسرية ، وهو مدعوم تقنيًا ويشرف عليه معهد سياسات النقل والتنمية (ITDP) وبرنامج المستوطنات البشرية التابع للأمم المتحدة (موئل الأمم المتحدة).

تم إعداد المرحلة الأولى من مسارات الدراجات في وسط القاهرة لتمثل خطوة أولى في رحلة التغيير الثقافي التدريجي ورحلة التعلم.

يجري تنفيذ هذا المشروع على عدة مراحل تبدأ بالمرحلة التجريبية ثم المرحلة الأولى التي افتتحت الخميس وتحتوي على 250 دراجة و 25 محطة بوسط القاهرة والمناطق المحيطة بها. بينما سيرتفع عدد الدراجات في المرحلة الثانية إلى 500 دراجة في 45 حيًا.

يشمل المشروع توريد وتركيب وتشغيل وصيانة نظام مشاركة الدراجات.

تحتوي الدراجات على نظام تحديد المواقع العالمي GPS لضمان الإدارة والأمان الأمثل ، ومن المقرر أن تغطي المحطات المواقع والنقاط الاستراتيجية والعديد من محطات المترو والحافلات.

يبدأ السعر من جنيه مصري للساعة ، مع توفر العديد من باقات الاشتراك وطرق الدفع المختلفة.
