يبحث الكثير من المواطنين المصريين عن ” كيفية الإستعلام عن بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة 2022“, والذي تقدمة وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي, للسادة أصحاب الاعاقة من ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة, وننشر لكم ” رابط الاستعلام عن بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة بالرقم القومي والإسم” علي موقع الوزارة الجديد فى السطور القادمة عبر موقع مصر اليوم نيوز.

أتاحت وزاره التضامن الاجتماعى رابطاً علي الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة التضامن, ومن خلال موقع الوزاره يتم إدخال الرقم القومى للمستفيد من ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصه أو صاحب الإعاقة , وبعدها يتم ظهور البيانات الخاصة لذوي الاعاقة علي موقع الاستعلام عن بطاقات الخدمات المتكامله سواء كانت المرحلة الأولى أو الثانية او المرحله  الثالثة .

رابط  جديد للاستعلام عن بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة 2022

اتاحت وزارة التضامن خدمة البحث ومتابعة حالة التقديم عن طريق الرابط الخاص و اختيار أيقونة الإستعلام عن بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة من القائمة الموجودة بأعلي الصفحة ومتابعة الخطوات الأتية :

  • قم بـ الدخول علي الرابط  المباشر من هنا (بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة)
  • ادخل بيانات رقم  البطاقة الشخصية أي الرقم القومي بالكامل .
  • تأكد جيدا من ادخال كافة بيانات جيدا ، وبعدها اضغط علي ايقونة بحث .
  • بعد البحث سيظهر حالة الطلب وهي :
  • بيانات اساسية : ومعناها يجب الذهاب فى التاريخ والوقت الموضحين اعلاه لاجراء الكشف الطبي
  • غير مستوفي الأوراق:  ومعناهايجب تجهيز الابحاث والاشعات التي طلبتها منك اللجنه واعادة تحديد موعد اخر لإجراء الكشف الطبي
  • تم الكشف :  ومعناه تم الكشف الطبى وجارى مراجعة الاوراق واعتمادها وارسالها لمكتب التأهيل
  • قرار نهائى :  ومعناه تم ارسال التقارير الطبية الخاصة بكم الى وزارة التضامن الاجتماعى ويجب الذهاب الي مكتب التأهيل التابع لمحل اقامتك لاستكمال الاجراءات.
  • وأخيرا يتم طباعة التقرير لإستكمال الإجراءات اللازمة  للحصول علي بطاقة الخدمات حتي استلام  البطاقة .
  • ملحوظة هامة قد تواجه في بعض أيام العمل علي الموقع انقطاع أو بطء الخدمة ولكن حاول مرة بعد أخري نظرا للضغط الشديد علي البوابة .

خطوات استعلام عن  بطاقه خدمات متكاملة للمعاقين 2022 

أتاحت وزارة الصحة والسكان بجمهورية  مصر العربية، بالبوابة الإلكترونية الخاصة بها “الرابط الجديد” للاستعلام عن منحة الوزارة (وزارة التضامن الإجتماعي) للسادة أصحاب الهمم وذوي الإعاقة، عن دعم الحكومة لهم من خلال استخراج البطاقات الخاصة بدعهم ماليا وأدبيا، ويحقق لهم وجود الكارت مزايا كثيرة و خدمات كثيرة عند تسجيل طلب علي البوابة وهذا التسجيل و حجز موعد  علي الرابط الرسمي،  يتيح عند الإستحقاق و الكشف الحصول علي صدور  البطاقة ، وتمكن المستخدم من التمتع بمزاياها المتعددة .
