توقفت بطاقة تكافل الخاصة بنا بسبب سفر زوجي للخارج علما بأننا تنطبق علينا شروط الاستحقاق كاملة وزوجي مقيم في جمهورية مصر العربية اقامة دائمة وعندي ما يفيد ذلك من شهادة تحركات من الجوازات وعندنا من الاطفال (عدد الاولاد) بمراحل التعليم المختلفة ومستعدة لتقديم كافة المستندات الدالة علي ذلك
