زيادة مفاجئة في 4 سلع غذائية اليوم

شهدت الأسواق المحلية صباح اليوم، السبت 7 فبراير 2026، تحركات جديدة ومتباينة في أسعار السلع الغذائية الاستراتيجية.

وسجلت التقارير الواردة من الغرف التجارية ارتفاعاً ملحوظاً في أصناف محددة، مما أثر على حركة الشراء في بداية التعاملات الصباحية.

تطورات أسعار السلع واللحوم

قفزت أسعار اللحوم الحمراء اليوم بقيمة تتراوح بين 10 إلى 15 جنيهاً في الكيلو الواحد، متأثرة بزيادة تكاليف الأعلاف والنقل.

وأكد التجار أن قائمة أسعار السلع وخاصة اللحوم الكندوز والضأن شهدت تغيراً فورياً في محلات الجزارة بمختلف المحافظات.

مؤشرات أسعار السلع والفول

ارتفع سعر الفول البلدي والمستورد في تعاملات اليوم، وهو ما يضغط على ميزانية الأسر باعتباره وجبة إفطار أساسية.

ويتابع المواطنون بقلق جدول أسعار السلع اليومية، حيث وصل سعر كيلو الفول إلى مستويات جديدة مقارنة بالأسبوع الماضي.

قائمة أسعار السلع والزيت

شملت الزيادات أيضاً أسعار زيوت الطعام والدقيق، حيث ارتفعت العبوات الشعبية بنسب طفيفة ولكنها مؤثرة على المستهلك.

ويرجع الخبراء تقلبات أسعار السلع حالياً إلى متغيرات العرض والطلب العالمي، وتأثر سلاسل الإمداد في الربع الأول من 2026.
