نظام الدفع المسبق للخطوط الأرضية

هو نظام سداد جديد يلزم للمشتركين بنظام الدفع المسبق للخط الأرضي لحصول على خدمة الاتصال الأرضي، دفع قيمة الفاتورة بشكل مبكر قبل تحويل الخط الي استقبال فقط أو انقطاع الخدمة، وهو النظام الجديد التي تمت الموافقة عليه والعمل به لدي شركة وي (we)، وذلك بدون بالمساس بتاريخ اصدار الفاتورة، والتي يتم اصدارها كل 3 شهور بإجمالي ٤ فواتير سنوياً, أو من المحتمل أن يتم دفعها شهريا. فاتورة الارضي الشهرية.. الاستعلام عنها وطرق سدادها

يذكر أن النظام القديم قبل العمل بالنظام مسبق الدقع بالخطوط الارضية، كان يتيح للمشتركين 60 يوما بعد صدور الفاتورة وقبل ايثاف الخط، وكان يقوم بفص الخدمة علي مرحلتين 30 يوما بعد صدور الفاتورة وقبل السداد ويصبح الخط استقبال فقط وفي حالة عدم السداد بعدها ب 30 يوم تقوم الشركة بفصل الخدمة ارسال واستقبال بدون الغاء العقد.

كما أن نظام الدفع المقدم والذي يتيح سداد فاتورة التليفون الارضي بشكل أسرع، وهي خطوة جديدة للشركة فى اعاده تسعيير لباقات الخط الارضي والذي يقوم بعدم استحقاق الفاتورة وعدم سدادها بعد 3 ايام بتحويل الخط استقبال، وإرسال رسالة نصية تفيد بسداد الاشتراك الربع سنوي.
