حذرت مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين من أزمة إنسانية متصاعدة، مشيرة إلى أن نحو 1.2 مليون أفغاني يواجهون خطر العودة القسرية من إيران وباكستان خلال هذا العام، الأمر الذي يزيد الضغوط على أفغانستان، خاصة في ظل الوضع السياسي والاقتصادي غير المستقر، وتخشى المنظمة من أن التدفق المفاجئ لهذا العدد الكبير من العائدين سيؤدي إلى تفاقم الأوضاع الإنسانية المتردية بالفعل، ويضعف قدرة البلاد على استيعابهم وتوفير الاحتياجات الأساسية من مأوى وغذاء ورعاية صحية وفرص عمل، وشددت على ضرورة تضافر الجهود الدولية لتقديم الدعم اللازم لأفغانستان والدول المضيفة للاجئين للتعامل مع هذه الأزمة المعقدة.

الضغوط تتزايد على اللاجئين الأفغان

أعلنت إيران وباكستان عن خطط لترحيل الأجانب المقيمين بصورة غير نظامية، ما دفع العديد من الأفغان إلى العودة إلى بلادهم خوفًا من الترحيل القسري، وبررت الدولتان قرارهما بوجود تحديات اقتصادية وأمنية، ونفتا استهداف اللاجئين الأفغان تحديدًا.

إيران: الموعد النهائي والترحيل

أكد المفوض السامي للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين أن أكثر من نصف العائدين، أي ما يزيد عن 600 ألف شخص، قدموا من إيران بعد أن حددت الحكومة الإيرانية 20 مارس/آذار الماضي موعدًا نهائيًا للمغادرة الطوعية، وهددت المخالفين بالترحيل، وتشير التقارير إلى أن وتيرة العودة ازدادت بشكل ملحوظ قبل هذا الموعد.

أرقام مقلقة من الأمم المتحدة

كشفت الوكالة الأممية أن إيران رحلت بالفعل أكثر من 366 ألف أفغاني خلال العام الجاري، ويشمل هذا الرقم لاجئين مسجلين وأشخاصًا آخرين كانوا في وضع شبيه باللاجئين، ويعكس هذا العدد الضخم حجم الضغوط التي يواجهها الأفغان في إيران.

تداعيات الحرب الإسرائيلية الإيرانية

أرجعت بعض التقارير تسارع عمليات الترحيل إلى التوترات الإقليمية المتزايدة، خاصة بعد الحرب بين إيران وإسرائيل، وذكرت أن أعلى معدل يومي للترحيل سُجل في 26 يونيو/حزيران، حيث عبر نحو 36100 أفغاني الحدود في يوم واحد، مما يوضح حجم الذعر والارتباك الذي أصاب الجالية الأفغانية في إيران.
