استرجاع معاش تكافل وكرامه

تقوم وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي بصرف معاش التكافل والكرامة بدء من يوم ١٥ من كل شهر، كما ترسل  وزارة التضامن  رسائل معرفة رصيد بطاقة تكافل وكرامه ، ويقوم المستفيد بصرف قيمة المعاش من أحد أماكن الصرف للمعاش المختلفة.

ولكن فى بعض الأحيان تقوم البطاقة بالصرف بطريقة وهمية، بيخرج إيصال بسحب الاموال  ولا يخرج المعاش، فماذا يفعل المواطن المستفيد؟.

خطوات رد معاش التكافل والكرامة المسحوب

فى حالة سحب المعاش بطريقة وهمية ينبغي علي المستفيد عمل ما يلي:

اولا: انتظار مدة ٢٤ ساعة حتي يتم نزول المعاش مرة أخرى.

ثانيا: فى حالة عدم نزوله بعد ٢٤ ساعه يقوم المستفيد بالاتصال علي الخط الساخن الموجود خلف بطاقة التكافل ١٩٦٨٠ والضغط علي رقم ٥ يوميا من السادسة صباحا حتى الثامنة مساء يوميا ما عدا الجمعة، ويقوم بالابلاغ بالصرف الوهمي وعمل شكوي، ويتم نزول المعاش مرة أخرى بعدها بحوال ٢٨ بوما على الاقل.
