قانون كتب الكتاب الجديد 2022

جاء في نص قانون الأحوال المدنية الاهتمام بالضوابط والشروط التي يجب أن يسير عليها عقد الزواج، حيث نصت المادة (31 مكررًا) على عدم مشروعية توثيق عقد كتب الكتاب الجديد 2022 للأشخاص الذين لم يبلغوا السن القانوني وهو  18 سنة كاملة.
ومن الشروط التي تم وضعها: الفحص الطبي للمقبلين على الزواج، وذلك حرصاً على حياة خالية من الأمراض بعد زواجهما، وتم تحديد جهات خاصة بهذه العملية، وعلى من يخالف هذه القوانين يعرض نفسة للعقاب وفقاً لأحكام هذه المادة.
 
هل تم تطبيق قانون الزواج الجديد 2022 

إلى الآن لم يُنفذ القوانين الجديد التي تختص بالزواج لعام 2022، ولكن يتم التحاور المناقشة بشأنها في البرلمان المصري، وهذا بجانب بعض أكثر من قانون تم الاتفاق عليه  وحسمه خلال الفترة الأخيرة.

سن كتب الكتاب في مصر 2022 

نص قانون كتب الكتاب 2022 الجديد في مصر على: عدم جواز توثيق العقد بين الزوجين حتى يتخطى الزوجين سن الثامنة عشر، ومن يخالف هذا القانون يتعرض للمسائلة القانونية، وذلك حفاظاً على حقوق الزوج والزوجة.

قرار الزواج الجديد 2022 في مصر 

جاء في القرارات التي قدمتها المستشارة القانونية نشوى الديب أنه لا يجوز للزوج الزواج بأخرى من دون علم الزوجة الأولى، ومن يفعل غير ذلك يطبق عليه غرامة مالية، ولكن حتي الآن لم يتم التأشير على هذا القانون.

قرار كتب الكتاب بشهادة الجيش 2022

أصبحت شهادة الخدمة العسكرية من الأوراق المطلوبة لتوثيق عقد الزواج للعام 2022، فلا يتم عقد كتاب زوجين بدون التأكد من أن الزوج قد أتم الجيش أو حصل على معافاة، وذلك بجاب الأوراق الأخرى مثل بطاقة الرقم القومي وغيره.
