قانون كتب الكتاب الجديد 2022

جاء في نص قانون الأحوال المدنية الاهتمام بالضوابط والشروط التي يجب أن يسير عليها عقد الزواج، حيث نصت المادة (31 مكررًا) على عدم مشروعية توثيق عقد كتب الكتاب الجديد 2022 للأشخاص الذين لم يبلغوا السن القانوني وهو 18 سنة كاملة.
ومن الشروط التي تم وضعها: الفحص الطبي للمقبلين على الزواج، وذلك حرصاً على حياة خالية من الأمراض بعد زواجهما، وتم تحديد جهات خاصة بهذه العملية، وعلى من يخالف هذه القوانين يعرض نفسة للعقاب وفقاً لأحكام هذه المادة.

إلى الآن لم يُنفذ القوانين الجديد التي تختص بالزواج لعام 2022، ولكن يتم التحاور المناقشة بشأنها في البرلمان المصري، وهذا بجانب بعض أكثر من قانون تم الاتفاق عليه وحسمه خلال الفترة الأخيرة.

أصبحت شهادة الخدمة العسكرية من الأوراق المطلوبة لتوثيق عقد الزواج للعام 2022، فلا يتم عقد كتاب زوجين بدون التأكد من أن الزوج قد أتم الجيش أو حصل على معافاة، وذلك بجاب الأوراق الأخرى مثل بطاقة الرقم القومي وغيره.
