  • أولا : قم بتحميل إستمارة طعن علي ضريبة كسب العمل بذلك الشكل .
  • ثانيا قم بملء البيانات الخاصة بالطاعن ( الإسم – الرقم القومي – جهة العمل – تاريخ المعاش – العنوان – الموبايل )
  • ثالثا : قم بإرسال إستمارة ضريبة كسب العمل  من أي مكتب من مكاتب البريد المصري , ولا بد أن يكون مسجل بعلم الوصول بعد ملئها مرفقة بصورة البطاقة الشخصية سارية .
  • رابعا : أكتب عنوان المرسل اليه وهو ( القاهرة – ميدان سفنكس- 9 شارع أحمد عرابي – الضرائب / يصل ليد السيد / رئيس لجنة إعادة النظر فى الربط النهائي ).
