استخراج فيزا تكافل وكرامة المسروقة

اهتمت وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي بمستفيدي تكافل وكرامه, والعمل على حماية الفيزا الخاصة بالمعاش وحمايتها من  السرقة  والفقد أو التلف , وتتابع الوزارة حماية المواطن عن كثب, ولهذا اعتنت ببطاقة المواطن عناية تامة, ووفرت له طريقة إعادة إستخراج فيزا التكافل والكرامة المسروقة , بخطوات بسيطة حتي تسليم البطاقة لصاحبها.

كما يذكر أن وزاره التضامن الاجتماعي تقوم بصرف معاشات التكافل والكرامة بداية من يوم ١٥ من كل شهر ميلادي ، ويقوم المستفيد بصرف مبلغ المعاش من أحد أماكن الصرف للمعاش المختلفة عبر الجمهورية .

خطوات استخراج فيزا التكافل والكرامة المسروقة

فى حالة سرقة بطاقة معاش تكافل وكرامه ينبغي علي صاحب الفيزا عمل الخطوات الآتيه:

  • اولا: البحث عنها جيدا قبل الابلاغ عن سرقتها , لانها تستهلك وقت لا يقل عن 30 يوماً فى استخراجها.
  • ثانيا:يقوم المستفيد بالاتصال علي الخط الساخن الموجود خلف بطاقة التكافل ١٩٦٨٠ والضغط علي رقم ٥ , والمواعيد المتاحة لخدمة عملاء تكافل وكرامة هي يوميا من الساعة السادسة صباحا حتى الثامنة مساء  ما عدا الجمعة، ويقوم بالابلاغ عن سرقتها وعمل شكوي.
  • ثالثا: الاتصال منه تليفون به رصيد ويفضل رصيد باقة , أو كروت المارد فليسكات.
  • رابعا: يطلب منه الموظف بعض البيانات الهامة.
  • خامسا: يذهب المواطن الي وحدة الشئون التابع لها بعدها بحوالي شهر, علماً بان الرصيد الشهري يضاف علي الفيزا أول بأول ولا يتم خصمه.
