زيادات مرتقبة في أسعار السجائر: التفاصيل الكاملة

وفقًا لما نشرته الجريدة الرسمية، فإن هذا القرار الجمهوري يهدف إلى تعزيز الإيرادات العامة للدولة، ومواكبة التطورات الاقتصادية المتسارعة. ويقضي القانون برفع الحدين الأدنى والأقصى لأسعار السجائر بنسبة 12% سنويًا، على أن يبدأ تطبيق هذه الزيادة في شهر نوفمبر القادم.

موعد التطبيق وتأثيره على المستهلك

من المقرر أن تدخل التعديلات الجديدة حيز التنفيذ اعتبارًا من 5 نوفمبر 2025، حيث ستبدأ الزيادة السنوية بنسبة 12% على أسعار بيع السجائر للمستهلك النهائي. ومن المتوقع أن تستمر هذه الزيادة سنويًا حتى عام 2028، مما يثير تساؤلات حول قدرة المستهلكين على تحمل هذه الأعباء الإضافية.

الزيادات السابقة وتأثيرها على السوق

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن شركة الشرقية إيسترن كومباني كانت قد أعلنت في نوفمبر الماضي عن قائمة أسعار جديدة لمنتجاتها من السجائر، وشملت الزيادة حينها جميع الأصناف، وتراوحت بين 4.25 و 5 جنيهات للعلبة الواحدة. فهل ستؤدي الزيادات الجديدة إلى تراجع الإقبال على شراء السجائر، أم أنها ستدفع المستهلكين إلى البحث عن بدائل أرخص؟

تعديلات ضريبية أخرى: المشروبات الكحولية وخدمات الأدباء

لم تقتصر التعديلات الضريبية على السجائر فقط، بل شملت أيضًا المشروبات الكحولية، حيث سيتم تطبيق ضريبة قطعية تصاعدية عليها، بدلاً من النظام النسبي السابق، وتزيد بنسبة 15% سنويًا. كما تم إلغاء الإعفاء الضريبي عن خدمات وكالات الأدباء وبعض الخدمات الإعلامية، وإخضاعها للضريبة على القيمة المضافة.

ضريبة جديدة على البترول الخام

في خطوة غير مسبوقة، سيتم إخضاع البترول الخام لضريبة بنسبة 10%، بعد إلغاء الإعفاء السابق، وهو ما يعزز موارد الدولة من قطاع الطاقة. وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار سعي الدولة إلى تنويع مصادر الدخل، وتحقيق الاستدامة المالية.
