تعمل وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي جاهدة حول حماية بطاقات المعاشات لتكافل وكرامة من الصرف الوهمي وسحب الرصيد, ولهذا اعتنت ببطاقة المواطن عناية كبيرة, ووفرت له طريقة رجوع الرصيد المسحوب وهمي من بطاقة معاش تكافل وكرامة, عن طريق اتباع خطوات بسيطة فى خلال 22 يوم عمل  يتم إسترجاع الرصيد مرة أخري على الفيزا.

يذكر أن وزاره التضامن الاجتماعي تقوم  شهرياً بصرف معاش التكافل والكرامة بدء من يوم ١٥، ويقوم المستفيد بصرف مبلغ المعاش من أحد أماكن الصرف للمعاش المنتشرة عبر ربوع ؤجمهورية مصر العربية من خلال البريد المصري, أو ماكينات ATM  أو ماكينات فوري.

خطوات استرجاع الرصيد المسحوب من فيزا تكافل وكرامة

فى حالة سحب المعاش من بطاقة التكافل بطريقة  ينبغي علي المستفيد عمل الطريقة الآتيه للاسترجاع الرصيد مرة أخري:

  • اولا: الانتظار لمدة 24 ساعه بعد سحب الرصيد.
  • ثانيا: فى حالة عدم ارجاع المعاش مرة أخري فى خلال 24 ساعة, يقوم المستفيد بالاتصال علي الخط الساخن لتكافل وكرامة رقم ١٩٦٨٠ والضغط علي رقم ٥ , والمواعيد المتاحة هي يوميا من الساعة السادسة صباحا حتى الثامنة مساء  ما عدا الجمعة، ويقوم بالابلاغ عن سحب الرصيد بطريقة وهمية وعمل شكوي.
  • خامسا: يتم نزول الرصيد علي الفيزا في خلال 22 يوم عمل غير الخميس والجمهة والاجازات الرسمية, علماً بان الرصيد الشهري يضاف علي الفيزا أول بأول .
