وبحسب بيان صادر عن وزارة الداخلية المصرية، فإن الحادث وقع مساء أمس الجمعة، عندما انقلب مركب سياحي يحمل على متنه 22 راكبًا، بينهم 17 مصريًا و5 أجانب.

وتمكنت فرق الإنقاذ من انتشال 12 جثة، فيما لا يزال البحث جاريًا عن 5 أشخاص مفقودين.

وتسبب الحادث في حالة من الحزن والغضب في مصر، حيث أعرب العديد من المواطنين عن غضبهم من عدم اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان سلامة الركاب على متن المراكب السياحية.

وطالبت الحكومة المصرية بتشكيل لجنة تحقيق للوقوف على أسباب الحادث، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة ضد المسؤولين عنه.

وقع الحادث مساء أمس الجمعة، عندما كان المركب السياحي قادمًا من الإسكندرية إلى الغردقة.

وبحسب شهود عيان، فقد انقلب المركب بعد أن تعرض لاضطرابات في الطقس.

دعا العديد من الخبراء إلى إصلاح قطاع السياحة في مصر، وذلك بعد وقوع العديد من الحوادث خلال الآونة الأخيرة.

وقال الخبير السياحي، محمد عبد العزيز، إن قطاع السياحة في مصر يعاني من العديد من المشكلات، أبرزها عدم وجود رقابة كافية على المراكب السياحية.

وأضاف عبد العزيز أن الحكومة المصرية مطالبة باتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة لإصلاح قطاع السياحة، وذلك من أجل حماية السائحين وضمان سلامتهم.
