أتاحت وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي للمتقدمين للحصول علي معاش تكافل وكرامة وتم رفضهم, موقع تقديم تظلم معاش التكافل والكرامه, ويوضح الموقع سبب رفض الطلب, وبإمكان المستفيد معرفة السبب وتقديم الاوراق اللازمة لإزالة السبب .

شروط الحصول على معاش تكافل وكرامة

وضحت وزارة التضامن الإجتماعي شروطا منصفة للحصول علي معاش التكافل وهي:

  • أسرة مكونة من زوج وزوجة وأولاد فى التعليم.
  • عدم وجود أطيان زراعية فوق النص فدان بالنسبة للزوج والزوج الابوين لام وأب مجمعين.
  • عدم وجود سجل ضريبي أو مشروعات أو تأمينات.
  • أن يكون مقيم اقامة دائمة فى المكان الجغرافي لوحدة الشئون الاجتماعية.
  • الا يكون عندة مركبة حديثة مسجلة بالمرور.

أسباب رفض أوراق تكافل وكرامة

يتم رفض الطلبات للحصول علي المعاش, فى حالة الاخلال بشروط معاش التكافل والكرامة, ولكن يتاح التظلم عبر الموقع وتقديم المستندات الدالة علي ذلك, وفى حالة صحة استحقاق المواطن للمعاش ومراجعة الأوراق يتم قبول الطلب واستخراج الفيزا للمواطن أو المواطنة.

  • الدخول عبر بوابة الاستعلام والشكاوى لبرنامج تكافل وكرامة من هنا https://tk.moss.gov.eg/.
  • كتابة الرقم القومي والضغط علي تسجيل شكوي تكافل و كرامة.
  • من أعلي يمين الصفحة اختر نوع المعاش تكافل أو كرامه.
  • قم بملء النموذج وكتابة صيغة شكوي تكافل وكرامة.
  • قم بطباعة رقم الشكوي والاحتفاظ به.
  • قم بحفظ النموذج ومتابعة الموقع من وقت لاخر.
