  • قم بالنقر علي تسجيل الدخول.
  • قم بملء البيانات المطلوبة، ثم قم بعمل حفظ البيانات في آخر الصفحة.
  • بعد الحفظ قم بالضغط من أسفل الصفحة علي رفع المرفقات.
