إيقاف الخدمات الجديد 1444

يُعد إيقاف الخدمات الجديدة أحد أهم التحولات الجيدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، المتمثلة في خدمات إلكترونية يستفيد منها المواطن السعودي والمواطن الأجنبي، وكانت عقوبة إيقاف الخدمات الحكومية يتم تطبيقها من قبل على المواطنين أصحاب الديون التي لم تُسدد، ولهذا لجأ مجلس الوزراء السعودي إلى صدور قرار ضوابط ايقاف الخدمات الجديد 1444 من أجل رفع الديون المالية من على كاهل غير القادرين على السداد.

ضوابط إيقاف الخدمات الجديد 1444

خصصت وزارة العدل مجموعة من ضوابط إيقاف الخدمات الجديد 1444 أو نظام التنفيذ الجديد 1444، لاستعادة النظام الأمثل للحياة لكثير من الأشخاص الغارمين، وقد سعى الشيخ الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني وزير العدل السعودي رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقضاء لتحويل الأنظمة القديمة إلى ابتكارات جديدة، وفقاً للضوابط التالية وشروط الوزارة:

  • يقيد إيقاف الخدمات الجديدة منع التعامل المالي، متمثلة في فتح
  • حساب في البنك والاستفادة من الإعانات أو أخذ سلفة.
  • راعت التعديلات مدة الحبس التنفيذي مراعاة لظروف الشخص المدين.
  • يكون السجن واجباً إذا كان المدين مديناً بمليون ريال.
  • حرصت الضوابط على عدم إيقاف الخدمات الإلكترونية لربما يستفيد منها.

خطوات الاستعلام عن إيقاف الخدمات الجديد 1444

أوضح مجلس الوزراء بعض الخطوات للاستعلام عن هذه الخدمة وكيفية الاستفادة منها باتباع الخطوات التالية:

  • قم بالذهاب إلى الموقع الرسمي لبوابة ناجز.
    قم بالدخول على موقع ناجز وكتابة البيانات المطلوبة.
    اضغط على كلمة طلبات التنفيذ، ثم اقرأ خانة الطلبات.
    انقر على تفاصيل الطلب.
    سدد الرسوم في حالة وجود إيقاف خدمات.
    وإذا كانت منتهية فلا يوجد إيقاف خدمات.
شروط إيقاف الخدمات الجديد 1444

وضعت وزارة العدل مجموعة من شروط إيقاف الخدمات الجديدة 1444، وهي كالتالي:

  1. لا تبدأ تنفيذ العقوبة إلا مع وجود امر قضائي يُصدر من قِبل جهة المحكمة المُختصة.
  2. يقرر القضاء بتنفيذ لمدة الحبس.
  3. يجب توافر المستندات .
  4. إذا زاد المبلغ المالي عن مليون ريال يجب حبس المدعي عليه إلزاماً.
  5. لا يمكن تنفيذ القرار إلا بعد محاولة تبليغ الشخص باستخدام كافة الطرق.
  6. لا يُطبق قرار ايقاف الخدمات الجديدة على المرأة الحامل أو الرجل الذي تجاوز الستين من عمره.
أضرار إيقاف الخدمات

هناك سلسلة من القوانين واللوائح التي تعود بالسلب من ضوابط إيقاف الخدمات الجديد 2023، وهي كالتالي:

  • تعليق السفر لأي مكان، وإيقاف تأشيرات السفر.
  • إلغاء تسجيل أبناء المدين في المدارس سواء كانت مدارس حكومية أو المدارس الأهلية.
  • لا يستطيع تحديد الهوية الوطنية .
  • لن يتمكن ولي الأمر من معرفة نتائج الطلاب.
